Biography
Justin holds a PhD in internet policy with expertise in content moderation and internet intermediary law. He is an excellent written and oral communicator of complex, multilateral internet governance policy regimes to diverse audiences and stakeholders. His extensive qualifications include a high level of collaboration, advanced legal research, college level curriculum development, documentary film direction, and fundraising. He has over two decades of experience in the development, practice, and study of digital media.
