Bismark is investigating the evolving landscape of advertising in the age of AI. His research focuses on how AI technologies are influencing brand communication strategies, with a specific emphasis on fostering diversity and inclusion.
Before embarking on his doctoral journey, Bismark gained extensive experience in the advertising industry at Innova DDB Ghana, a leading advertising agency. As a Senior Account Manager, he led a team in managing day-to-day client services for a major telecommunications company in Ghana. He oversaw the development of numerous successful campaigns, culminating in the 2022 global rebranding project that revitalized the company's image after two decades of consistent brand identity.
Bismark's advertising professional experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including non-profit organizations, finance, insurance, fashion, and education. Currently, he is collaborating with a professor to teach Creative Strategy, an elective course in the Advertising Major series.
