Two ambitious filmmakers from the School of Journalism and Communication were honored recently by University of Oregon Libraries. Electronic Media students John Rosman, a senior in the SOJC, and recent graduate Eric Rutledge ’08 received one of five prestigious 2009 Undergraduate Research Awards for their work on a film from last spring’s Documentary Flux course.
Talk project builds community, unites University campus
Students from the School of Journalism and Communication have worked for months on a community-building project called Talk, which aims to promote the unique stories and, at the same time, the multiple connections of people across the UO campus.
