1. Log in to the website.
2. Click on the 'My Folder' link in the personal tools bar.
   
3. From the 'Add Item' menu, select 'Blog'.
   
4. At this interface, name your blog and give it an interesting description. This can be changed later.
   
5. Click Save.
6. If you want other people to be able to access the blog, use the 'State' menu and select 'Publish'.
   

Composing Blog Entries

1. While logged in, from your new blog (which is really just a fancy folder), and from the 'Add Item' menu, select 'Blog Entry'.
   
2. From this interface, you can create a title for the entry, write a short description (which will be viewable from the standard blog view), and write your blog entry.
   
3. Note, you can select an image to represent the entry, which will show up as a thumbnail with a caption in the entry itself.
