Undergraduate Forms and Publications


Application for Full Major Status

For pre-journalism students who have completed (or are currently completing) the lower division core.

  • Students who meet the minimum requirements may use the online form.
  • Students who do not meet the minimum requirements and want to petition should use the hardcopy form.

 

Other Application Forms

For students who wish to:

  • Add or drop "pre-journalism" as a major
  • Add or drop the communication studies minor

Also for full majors who wish to:

  • Add and/or drop a full major sequence

 

Internship Tracking Form

For full majors who wish to earn credit for an internship. The form must be filled out in consultation with your faculty adviser.

 

Individualized Study Form

For students who wish to do an independent study project with a journalism faculty member.

 

Undergraduate Affairs Committee Petition form

For students who wish to substitute a class and/or request a credit reduction.
