Peter Barna grew up in Portland where he developed a fondness for the weather. His passion is in writing creative stories. It began when he was in the eighth grade, and Barna says it wasn't until college that he started to get good. He likes writing funny stories, and making you laugh on the inside. Barna majored in journalism at the University of Oregon so that he could make a living writing while working on his stories on the side. He also enjoys film photography, the Portland Trail Blazers, and long-distance running. He has run the Portland Marathon three times.
