Katie Onheiber is a photographer for Flux. Her interest in photography grew in high school, with a black and white photo class back in the days of the dark room. Since then she has worked on the University of Oregon publication KD magazine and is an intern at the Tri-County News in Junction City, Oregon. Minoring in Spanish, Katie hopes to use her skills to photograph and travel. Last winter she spent three months in Morelia, Mexico and plans to expand her abroad experience with an internship in Costa Rica this fall. Originally from Portland, Oregon, her post-graduation plans consist of living at home for the summer and saving some money. Other interests include cooking, biking, playing the piano, and star gazing.
