Jessica Blume was born and raised in Eugene, and is a country fair girl at heart. She loves anything outdoors such as camping, hiking, tennis, and swimming. Blume enjoys writing about the environment, politics, and human-interest stories. Instead of writing for Flux this term, she decided to try copy editing to see if it might be something she'd like to pursue after graduating this summer. Blume hopes to stay on the West Coast after graduation and find a position writing, editing, or teaching.
