    Journalists may submit either individual entries or several stories that were part of a series. A series is considered in its entirety. The stories must have been published or broadcast initially during 2007. A downloadable entry form is available (.pdf file or .doc file). Along with the entry form include tear sheets of the complete story or series, VHS video, DVD, audio CD or audio tape.
