Can I control the order of items in a folder

Items in a folder ordered manually by following these steps:

  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to the folder you wish to order
  3. Click the contents tab
  4. You may click and drag items to reorder them, or use the up and down arrows in the Order column to alter the order.
