1. Create a folder that will be the repository for your material (podcasts/pages/etc.).
2. While viewing that folder, click on the Syndication tab.
3. Click the Enable Syndication button.
4. Leave all the default options set as they are, although you might want to adjust how many items are listed. The default is 15.
5. Click Save.
6. You'll now see the RSS feed icon (orange square with white lines) near the upper right portion of the page. Clicking on that icon will supply you with the address for the rss feed.

Typically the RSS feed address is the web location of your folder with /RSS2 appended. So, if your folder is at <http://jcomm.uoregon.edu/Members/abelincoln>, the address for the RSS feed will be <http://jcomm.uoregon.edu/Members/abelincoln/RSS2>
