About the Transformation
The transformation of Allen Hall is now our top priority. Thanks to a $5 million leadership gift, we are on our way toward raising the needed $15 million to launch the transformation.
It is not, however, our only priority: Support for faculty, new and improved programs and scholarships continue to be essential initiatives for our school.
We will focus on advancing the SOJC with emphasis on graduate and undergraduate research and education in journalism and communication. We are in the midst of a major revision of the undergraduate curriculum and soon will be fully engaged in an academic planning process. We expect exciting new initiatives to take shape in the near future and look forward to telling you about them.
